WE BELIEVE: that yoga and fitness can forward the journey to health and wholeness.  Embracing a lifelong devotion to the well-being of one amazing individual: you.  On many levels, your practice reflects your own evolution; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  Much like your life, it is a work in progress.

WE BELIEVE the search to become happy, healthy humans — and also pursue a higher level of consciousness — defines the very quality of our lives.  Yoga and other exercise continuing over a period of time take you to a realm we can describe only as transcendent, and we’re here to help.  This is our hope for your practice.

WHAT IS BIKRAM YOGA…

Most studios and fitness centers offer yoga in a warm or hot room, but Bikram yoga, sometimes called the original hot yoga style, is a whole different ball game. Back in the 1970s, Bikram Choudhury (a four-time Yoga Champion of India) created a series of poses for amateur yogis. Since Bikram developed his practice, hundreds of Bikram yoga centers have cropped up around the world, from Serbia to San Francisco. Consisting of 26 poses, the Bikram method works every part of the body, giving all the organs, arteries, veins, ligaments, and muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. The sequence is designed so each posture balances out the previous one and prepares you for the next one—allowing for a safe, progressive, life-long practice.
